Hotel Reservations
The discounted rate of $229++/night will be available until the conference room block is filled or March 16, 2026; whichever comes first. This rate will be honored for 3 days before the event and 3 days following the event; based on availability. Hotel cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance.
Registration is not required before reserving a room; however, HUG will cross-check hotel reservations against registered attendees. Room reservations may be canceled if you are not registered for the HUG National Conference by February 27, 2026.

Parking
- Valet parking: $39/per car, per night.
- Self-parking: $30 overnight/$18 for day visitors.

Guests 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult while using the Fitness Center. Guests 12 years and under are not permitted in the Fitness Center. Shoes and a shirt must be worn while using the Fitness center.
