This transformative program offers comprehensive education and targeted support to help participants succeed in growing their agencies. - Newly established agency owners within the first few years of ownership

What is expected
HUG is proud to offer The Taking Flight Program. Taking Flight participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with integrity at all times, including after-hours social outings. Participants are held to the highest standards and are expected to treat each other and all others with respect and consideration. A successful Taking Flight participant will be prepared, on-time and professional throughout each session. HUG expects all participants to adhere to HawkSoft policies and code of ethics (including Sexual Harassment).
Taking Flight Program Curriculum
- National Conference (April): There will be dedicated sessions for this program. You will be required to attend the Taking Flight sessions.
- Virtual Call (June and August): Two virtual sessions
- Owners Retreat (October): We will have an in person session the day before the Owners Retreat. You are not required to attend the Hawk's Nest
- Owner/Leadership Retreat.
- Graduation at National Conference 2027

The class size is limited to 10.
