Join us for a fun and friendly evening at the HUG Pickleball Tournament - the perfect way to kick off your time at the conference! Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand-new to the game, this event is all about community, connection, and a little healthy competition. And even if you’re not ready to jump on the court, come anyway, we need enthusiastic fans to cheer on the players! It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, unwind, and start the week with some laughs and great memories.

Dallas Cowboy First Class Tour
Expect stops at some of the most exclusive areas inside AT&T Stadium, while being led by our experienced tour guides. Kick off the conference with a night of team spirit and high-energy fun! With our hotel located right next to the iconic Dallas Cowboys stadium and the home of Dallas Rangers, it’s only fitting that our Welcome Reception brings the sports vibes.
Come dressed in your favorite team’s gear - NFL, MLB, college, or anything in between - and get ready for a spirited evening of mixing, mingling, and friendly competition. It’s the perfect way to meet fellow attendees, show off your fandom, and start the week on a winning note! Game on! We can’t wait to see you there!

Spouse/Guests Program: We’re excited to introduce a dedicated Spouse and Guest Program at this year’s National Conference. This program creates a welcoming space for spouses/guests to meet others and build new friendships while attendees are in sessions.

Pasta Perfecto! Cooking Class
In this hands-on class, participants try their hand at the art of making homemade pasta, from delicate stuffed tortellini to vibrant herb-infused fettuccine. Along the way, you’ll discover how flavors come alive through simple, beautiful ingredients like arugula-walnut pesto, roasted garlic, and rich brown butter.
Once the cooking wraps, everyone gathers for a family-style feast featuring the very dishes you created. The meal ends on a sweet note with a decadent cannoli, and the entire experience is complemented by perfectly paired Italian wines.

Get ready for a vibrant, flavor-packed culinary adventure! You’ll start by crafting dishes layered with fresh ingredients, like roasted corn, black beans, fragrant cilantro, and crisp homemade tortilla strips, learning how these essential flavors build depth and comfort in every bite.
From slow-cooked carnitas marinated in citrusy mojo to hand-pressed flour tortillas and bright sides like cilantro-lime rice you’ll experience the heart of Latin cuisine through hands-on preparation. End on a sweet and spicy note with rich Mexican hot chocolate ice cream, perfectly paired with a scratch-made cucumber–jalapeño margarita, select wines, and Mexican beer.
