Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Suzanne Low at suzanne@hawksoftusergroup.org by Friday, March 6, 2026. Cancellation requests received by Friday, March 6, 2026, will be processed, less a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the meeting. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds after Friday, March 6, 2026, and NO REFUNDS will be issued for no-shows. Fees cannot be carried over to future HUG/HawkSoft events, meetings, conferences, or webinars. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms and incurring any cancellation fees from hotel, airlines and rental cars.

Code of Conduct

Attendees/Spouses/Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner at all times throughout the conference. This includes interactions that take place both on-site and off-site with conference attendees. As an Attendees/Spouses/Guests, please remember that while participating in conference activities, you represent HUG and its community. Any behavior deemed unprofessional, disruptive, or inconsistent with HUG’s standards may result in removal from the conference without refund, as well as impact eligibility for future participation.
